Before joining WD, Erica had 4 years as purchasing manager experience in one Sweden enterprise. She is familiar with mechanical components, and successfully localized 90% of components. She has good experience of accreditation, management and examination procedures of suppliers, as well as quality management system and MRPⅡ.
In 2001, Erica joined WD and started taking charge of the European market sales. From 2003, Erica took in charge of sales of American market. From 2005, she started taking charge of business operation of WD trading company.
Now work as Senior Vice President, managing HR, Finance, as well as operation of WD manufacturing factories.
