Brief introduction
Sun started work since 1991 and has been engaged in precision bearings developing, automobile bearings production processing design, bearing designing, quality management and so on. He has much experience in designing and production process in precision angular contact ball bearings, precision taper roller bearings, N6,8,9 and automobile water pump bearings. Meantime, he knows well about the ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management system and the system auditing and quality evaluation of suppliers.
Since 2005.08, Sun has worked in WD as Manager of R&D, QA Dept

Introduction of WD QA Dept.

Quality Dept is the one which inspects and provide quality certification. According to different work content, we have quality staff work in office and a precision inspection center. As the dept to inspect the product of company,, Quality Dept take customers’ need and international standard as criterion, inspecting WD products with cautiousness and advise objective inspection result.

In precision inspection center, beside routine inspection instrument, is equipped with S0910-3、BVT-1A、Y9025C、YVM2010A、MMD-220A、JD18 NS and other inspection equipment, strongly supporting the inspection.

Besides inspection, WD Quality Department promulgates related quality information and data to company, providing information and data to improvement.

WD Technology Dept is consisted of the engineers who have been in bearing industry for many years, mainly in charge of the development and technical support of WD products.

There three main stages of technical development of WD Technical Dept, including customer need analysis, technology developing and products developing. WD Technical Dept insures the applicability, economy and superior quality of the final products with their profession and cautious developing procedure.

WD Technical Dept attaches great importance to the development of bearing technology. It is its daily work to collect, study and digest the advanced design and manufacture technology. And continuous improvement helps to ensure themselves to meet customers’ need.

Besides developing products, WD Technical Dept also provides technical support to suppliers, scheming and implementing the whole production process. They ensure every step, every working procedure under controlled.
