On November 19th, 2011, under the leadership of President, Leslie Cheng, this weekend, WD sales team visited and studied product knowledge, manufacturing technique and application of spherical roller bearing in our production base of SRB.
Through learning the relevant manufacturing technology and product application, WD sales team had a better understanding of the spherical roller bearings, knowing about how to distinguish the CA, MB, CC and E type cages from the appearance, and the advantages, disadvantages and different applications based on different cage types. The technician also compared and analyzed developed E type cage and sealed type which are developed by ourselves with SKF design. It helped all the members better understand the advantages and the differences between our own developed products and well-known brand products, and it also will be helpful for WD members to select proper products for customers according to different applications.
WD spherical roller bearings are widely used on reducers, paper machines, ball crusher, rotary kilns, vibrating screen, crushers and blower fan . Design and manufacturing technology will be different according to different application requirements. It is better to indicate the specific application during inquirying.
