My name isJavier Castro A . , Im the President of Carepsa , company whic acts as Representative Agency here in Ecuador  for some manufacturers and tradersfrom different countries such as Japan , China , Taiwan and USA, Ive been inspare parts business for more tan 17 years Now I stablished my own office andthe purpose of this letter is because Im looking for  trustable supliers who don't have  agent here in Ecuador so in case that  this territory is opened for you I would like you to consider the option  to start bussiness  with my company under commission basis of 5%.

Process is very simple I visit customers offering my products  they give me their quotations after that I sent them to you , you quote and return to me , here Iclose the deal and  customer confirm the order according to your payment terms , after that when the goods are ready I prepare all the import documents,and everything is  finished I mean after you receive your full paymentthen you send by t/t my commission to my bank account. I'm not asking you to share your profit , you just add my 5% and create a new export list for this market. Of course if we can make an arrangement your  compromise should be  to cooperate as your exclusive representative agent in Ecuador.

Actually there is an interesting demand of spare parts from China because of prices and aceptablequality and there are  some traders and manufacturers working under this  way  represented by  different agents for example:
